CHALLENGE

Outdated network and rising security risks

JCT600 was operating on a legacy MPLS network that was expensive to maintain and unable to keep pace with the company’s growing needs. The system struggled to deliver reliable performance across multiple dealership locations, creating operational inefficiencies. At the same time, the business faced an increasing number of cyber threats and required stronger, centralised security to safeguard critical systems and sensitive customer data. The IT team also wanted to simplify network management, reduce risk, and ensure the infrastructure was robust enough to support future growth.

SOLUTION

Modernising with Secure SD-WAN

We designed and delivered a phased rollout of Fortinet’s secure SD-WAN platform, replacing JCT600’s legacy network with a modern, resilient system. The project included pre-configuring equipment for seamless deployment, managing onsite installation, and coordinating with third parties to ensure minimal disruption. To strengthen protection, we implemented centralised security controls and provided 24/7 monitoring through our Security Operations Centre (SOC). Wi-Fi was upgraded across dealerships, and strict access controls were introduced to keep corporate systems, customer devices and vehicle diagnostics securely separated.
